The room had exceptional views of the old town. The hotel offered nice facilities like central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a safe box. The location was perfect, close to all major attractions in St. Petersburg and communal areas. It's right in the center of St. Petersburg.

I must say, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and ensure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were also very clean, and it was evident that cleanliness is a top priority for the hotel.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the small size of the rooms and the limited breakfast options, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience we had at the hotel. The exceptional service provided by the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms definitely outweighed any drawbacks.

The hotel is located a bit outside of the city centre, and about 1 km from the neerest metro. We used busses, and it worked perfectly. You need a map over the busses. The rooms were cleen and the water was fine for bading (not brown as we have seen in other hotel reviews). In the hallway there was drinking water awailable. Breakfast was great!! It was not served at 18th floor as we had hoped, it was served in the lobby. You could go to the 18th floor and see the view all day and the bar upthere was open from 18:00 to 06:00.

The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the hair dryer and free toiletries provided. The staff, from reservation to check-out, were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The hotel also offered a range of leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness center, sauna, and exercise gym. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were additional conveniences that we appreciated. we were highly impressed with the service and quality of this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Azimut Hotel in Saint Petersburg for a short business trip. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and had water taps on every floor, which was a great convenience. The city view from the room was excellent and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the breakfast options were satisfactory. I especially want to mention the exceptional service of Artyom, the luggage storage manager. He was extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel.
